Hi everyone! It is time for our TO Challenge #55. I played with my new stamps to create this set of cards.
Our theme is ‘Celebrations with optional twist of die cutting/fussy cutting’ and our sponsor is CAS-ual Fridays Stamps.
I have decided to play a bit and create two different backgrounds with these stamps. It was super fun and relaxing.
I love those stamps that have many different parts so you can use it in so many different ways. If you are here often, you know that I love to make my own patterned papers and these stamps are just perfect for this.
Anyway, you should definitely check out what the rest of our team made, and our very own GD Elizabeth Stewart.
Hello! I am finally here! Late, but finally here. Yes, we have a great inspirational photo for this week. Look at this fun challenge!
Our theme is ‘Home Sweet Home’ and our sponsor is Happy Little Stampers (prize for winner is $15 gift voucher).
I have enjoyed this challenge since I love to cut. Taking a great amount of my dies and different patterned papers, and combining them all together was really fun. I wanted to add some stitching since I love that a lot, but my sewing machine decided it is time to take a rest. A long rest. This time the machine is really done. Somehow I said my goodbye. I know the thing is old and it was recently broken. Then I found out that this type of sewing machine is no longer available in the stores and it can’t be fixed. Anyway, I hope you like it and I hope it will inspire you to crate something fun.
For this Challenge our GD is Elisabeth. Now, to see what the rest of our team created, please visit Time Out Challenge Blog. Have fun!
Hello everyone! I do not know if you realised but I have skipped TO#52. The past several weeks were culmination of my hard time. In the past year there were so many changes, deaths and sickness around me that I realised it all started to be to much for me. On top of that, we have a foster-kid that happens to know when to press all the right buttons. It was one of those days when you know that God is good and loves you but you just do not have the joy and strength to continue. I struggled so much that an idea of giving all my craft supplies came to my mind. :D I had no desire to create anything. And then, two days ago, after taking some free time from so many things I do daily, I took a moment before going to bed and wanted to see if I can make a card.
My assignment was to create a card inspired by these words:
‘A woman is like a tea bag – you can’t tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water’ by Eleanor Roosevelt.
How fitting, wouldn’t you tell? I wanted to create something vintage looking, with soft colours and layers. Somehow this project gives hope that a creative and productive time is ahead.

Well, I hope you enjoyed your time here and if you are in the midst of a struggle, I hope you found some joy and encouragement.
Today is a very special day! We are here to celebrate! TO is here with you for two years! To celebrate properly we are inviting you to join in for our Challenge #51. All you need to do is to create a spring/Easter card with the optional twist of Masking. Our sponzor is STAMPlorations, and the prize is $20 gv for winner plus a random draw of those who twist – 2 standard sized ARTploration stencils.
And now, let’s take a short breake and take a quick look at my spring card. ;D
And, we are back… ;D I hope you like it and that you will have fun and share your creation with us.

I wanted to make a set of CAS black and white cards and then life happened. I got sick and now have only this one card for you.
I played with one of my stamps and multiple stamping. I hope you will enjoy this challenge as much as I did.
Hello everyone! I hope you enjoyed our Challenge #48. Our next challenge is super easy and fun. Totally girly, I would say. Our theme is inspired by words from John Lennon: Love is the flower you’ve got to let grow.

And now, here is my card. I decided to make a card with flowers. Or to be more precise with one big rose.
I hope you will enjoy this challenge also!
Greetings, dear friends! Two weeks have passed and it is time for some Time Out at your crafty corner once again. Challenge #48 is ready and we are eager to see your work! Today we will be inspired by one CAS card that is just gorgeous. The card is made by our fellow blogger Marika.
I decided to create something similar using the colours and the sketch.
Well, I hope these projects will make you want to create something fun and creative. Play along with us!
