Hello! I am finally here! Late, but finally here. 🙂 Yes, we have a great inspirational photo for this week. Look at this fun challenge!
Our theme is ‘Home Sweet Home’ and our sponsor is Happy Little Stampers (prize for winner is $15 gift voucher).
I have enjoyed this challenge since I love to cut. Taking a great amount of my dies and different patterned papers, and combining them all together was really fun. I wanted to add some stitching since I love that a lot, but my sewing machine decided it is time to take a rest. A long rest. This time the machine is really done. Somehow I said my goodbye. I know the thing is old and it was recently broken. Then I found out that this type of sewing machine is no longer available in the stores and it can’t be fixed. Anyway, I hope you like it and I hope it will inspire you to crate something fun.
Greetings, dear friends! Two weeks have passed and it is time for some Time Out at your crafty corner once again. Challenge #48 is ready and we are eager to see your work! Today we will be inspired by one CAS card that is just gorgeous. The card is made by our fellow blogger Marika.
I decided to create something similar using the colours and the sketch.
Well, I hope these projects will make you want to create something fun and creative. Play along with us!
Greetings! As you probably saw in my previous post, there is something going on again. The post was really short. And yes, that means that the inflammation of my tendons is still here. Again, I have to be careful with what I am doing over the day with my hands. I can move them normally, but I feel the tension and sometimes the pain too. During the last days I was able to create a card for our next TO Challenge. We have this fun home photo as an inspiration:
I would also like to take this opportunity to carry on with a tradition I have started, presenting to you another DT colleague. This time, I decided to show you some inspiration from our Anita. She leaves in France and has a unique CAS style. Check out for yourself, and to see even more of these beauties, visit her blog.
At the beginning of this post I shared only a portion of my card, and if you would like to see the entire card, and some more inspiration from the team, please visit TO Challenge blog.
Hello, hello! Are you playing along with us? Are you ready for some fun and inspirational projects? It is time to create and enjoy in Time Out Challenge #21.
I have created my card using several papers (very much distressed papers), some trimmings and my sewing machine. The sentiment says: All the best! I love how this ended up. I love the colors and the trimmings. Yes, I am quite pleased with this one, and believe me, that is not the case with every card I make. 😉
I hope you like it too, and that you find it inspiring. Now, make sure you visit TO Challenge blog and enjoy some more. 😉
Greetings, my friends! I have several projects for you today. It is no secret that I enjoy WM Pajama Parties. Well, you’ve guest it. It is time for some WM fun. I have created one cute vintage card using three different stamp sets and their bedtime story sketch. In case you were wondering where is the third stamp set on this card… let’s just say I love making backgrounds and especially those subdued (hint: the brown panel in the middle of the card). ;D
And, my second project is an ornament. I made this for a dear friend leaving the middle empty for her to place a photo or some text in there. Well, I hope you have enjoyed your stay! Thank you for stopping by today!
Greetings! I am working on several projects these days and in the meantime I decided to have some fun with these two challenges: Retro Sketches and Color Throwdown. I have combined the sketch with these lovely colors and somehow I like how it ended up. I hope you agree. The card is also linked at the Simon Says Stamp Challenge.
Greetings dear friends! Some of you maybe already know that on Monday I was supposed to publish a post about me, and link two new blogers that will continue this tradition. Well, since my contacted fellow blogers unfortunately could not participate, I decided not to publish the post I have prepared until I will have two persons that are willing to do the same after me.
And, I also decided to do something a bit different and invite you to contact me via email if you would like to be one of the persons that will continue this fun event. So, if you would like to be a part of “getting to know me blog hop”, pop me an email (tetabetacraft(at)gmail.com). Basically, all you would need to do is to prepare a post about yourself (answering several questions) and link two new blogers.
And, since I am doing all these strange stuff today, here is one a bit different project I recently finished. My very first casual bag. 🙂 Love the simplicity of it. 🙂
Well, that special day finally arrived. My first post for Time Out Challenges. I just hope I will do everything the right way. 🙂 For this occasion I have created a simple and fun card. The sentiments are in Croatian and they basicaly mean: Congratulations and All the best. While creating this card I had in mind our dear friends that just moved to our town. I decided that this card will be their present. For all the info regarding the new challenge, and for more inspirational projects, please visit the Time Out Challenges blog.
Greetings! You all know how I love to participate in craft challenges. Not because I love challenges in general, but because I love to be inspired by different sketches, colors and photos. Well, this week one of my favorite blogs is celebrating the very first year of existence. I really hope they will keep on inspiring us for a long time. Those ladies sure do a great work and I am thankful for every challenge they post. I love to play along every time I get some chance to sit at my crafty corner. So, today I was playing with some of their stamps, creating background for my set of masculine cards. It was pretty fun. I do not know why, but lately I love to create backgrounds with WM stamps. I even have one idea for a decorated notebook, and will probably do something in regards to that in the days to come. Well, I encourage you to visit their blog and join in the fun!
Greetings my friends! I finally did something I wanted to make for a long time. I love to decorate notebooks and for some time now I wanted to make one quite dark but totally fun notebook. And when I saw the colors at the ColourQ Challenge, I knew this is the right time to do it.
I used a very thick paper that already has some sort of chalkboard layer on it, and I went crazy with one old Viva Decor stamp set I have. In the middle I placed this beautiful Bible verse from Lamentations. And, I have to admit that the most fun and relaxing part was the coloring.
